6. Shipping

Shipping is available within the contiguous United States, subject to the limitations described in our Shipping Policy.

We currently do not ship to:

Alaska
Hawaii
U.S. territories and overseas possessions
Military addresses, including APO, FPO, and DPO addresses

Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days.

Our standard shipping delivery estimate is 3–7 business days after shipment.

Orders of $40 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders under $40 are subject to a flat $4.99 standard shipping fee.

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

7. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Eligible returns and exchanges generally must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must meet the applicable product condition requirements.

Products that have been used, worn, applied, altered, or otherwise do not meet the applicable return conditions may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery.

No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns or exchanges.

Cancellation requests can be processed only if the order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping stage.
